Books- Temira Burtons - Adventures

My first book is -Temira Burtons and the Pharaoh's Treasure and is available from Amazon. Temira Burtons and The Magic Lantern continues the time travelling adventure and is available now!

Temi Burtons travels from London to a Norfolk Market Town called Burpham to spend some time with her eccentric Aunt Guin. Aunt Guin lives in a pink thatched cottage and will only eat and wear red. Aunt Guin explains that there is a family connection to the great Howard Carter. With the help of Bess and a myna bird called Lancelot, Temi discovers an old Victorian time machine and races back to Ancient Egypt to try to find the evil pharaoh's treasure with lots of giggles along the way.Available on Paperback and on Kindle from Amazon.

About the Writer- Dawn Funnell BA, Cert Ed, dip NDP, 

Writer, Storyteller and Actress

Dawn Funnell is an actor, storyteller and writer who was born in Carshalton Surrey and now lives in Norfolk. The move and a love of everything Egyptian inspired her to write her first book 'Temira Burtons and the Pharaoh's Treasure a magical adventure of Time Travel, quirky characters and treasure of course. The adventure continues in Dawn’s second book ‘Temira Burton’s and the Magic Lantern’. 

Dawn trained in Performing Arts at The world famous italia-Conti school. She went on to study Acting at the Richmond Drama school Humanities at the Open University and Neuro Dramatic Play (Therapeutic Storytelling and Drama) with Dr. Sue Jennings. She has performed on stage, television and film.
